Who We Are
Mundika Nafaka Farmers Aggregation and Marketing Cooperative Society Limited was established to empower farmers by tackling the challenges that have long hindered their success. Born out of the need to reduce post-harvest losses caused by poor drying and storage conditions, our cooperative is dedicated to ensuring that farmers’ hard work translates into real value.
We exist to eliminate exploitative middlemen by directly linking farmers to markets, offering competitive marketing services that maximize profits. Beyond market access, we provide essential support including knowledge-sharing, demonstrations, and training to strengthen farmers’ capacity. Our services extend to bringing farm inputs closer to members, offering transportation and mechanization, enabling value addition, and providing credit facilities—all guided by our cooperative by-laws.

- To arrange for co-operative marketing, processing, grading, packaging and transporting the members produce and such other operations as may be necessary for the most profitable disposal of the produce.
- To arrange for the purchase and resale of farm inputs and chemicals and other similar requirements of the members.
- To take measures to control pests and diseases.
- To foster education and training to members, committee members and employees.
- To provide co-operation and good will between members and the society
- To Cooperate with other co-operatives in order to promote members interests and in furtherance of the society’s objectives.
- To apply the co-operative principle of cooperation among co-operatives in order to promote members’ interests. And in furtherance to the objects of the society affiliate to the relevant National Co-operative Union and the Apex society.
